Certification Kosher
Pasta, in all its forms, is one of the best-selling Italian products on the international market. Pasta produced with semolina and water does not require much effort for certification: a visit by the certifying Rabbi is sufficient, once a year, who checks the entire production process and verifies compliance with a strict purity control of the semolina and on the absence of insects in it. There are many Italian companies in the pasta sector that have already adhered to the Kosher Certification. Kosher semolina pasta, in all its forms, is not permitted for Passover. There are currents in Judaism that consume beans during Passover and consequently can consume pasta made from legumes. However, this does not apply to observant Jews who also avoid eating this type of substitute product.
There are many Italian Kosher products that are requested by those who follow and appreciate the Kosher diet.
