Shir Food & Wine was founded in 2015 to satisfy the growing demand for Kosher Italy products on international markets and in particular in Israel and the United States.

The Kosher food industry is a big business that also offers small and medium-sized enterprises a considerable opportunity for growth and profit.
It is with this awareness that Shir Food & Wine introduces itself to entrepreneurs in the sector as a qualified and expert partner in the export of Kosher certified food products of Italian origin, destined for the Jewish population around the world.

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT OUR MISSION IS
DR. SUSAN SHENHAV
Dr. Susan Shenhav, founder and also sole director of the company, has a broad and in-depth knowledge of the rich Jewish culture with all its nuances, history, language, religion, religious limitations and any other matter that pertains to Judaism.
Dr. Shenhav completed her studies in Hebrew Language and Literature at Tel Aviv University and received her PhD from the Sorbonne University in France.
A vast wealth of knowledge and skills that led her to undertake this new entrepreneurial activity, with the aim of making the Kosher world known and spreading the products of Kosher Jewish cuisine, encouraging the growth and development of new Kosher products in Italy, and directly or indirectly support their production and introduction into new markets.
This is also thanks to an extensive network, an in-depth knowledge of the market and recurring trips to Israel that allow Dr. Shenhav to deal personally with the various issues.
It is she who personally takes care of the relationship with suppliers, with the certifying rabbis and with the customers and competently follows with the utmost professionalism the development and adaptation of the products to Kosher rules, the acquisition of the Kosher Certification, the search for potential customers and export procedures to foreign countries.

Shir Wine & Food also deals with marketing activities and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of Made in Italy Kosher products and obtain new sales contracts.
