Certification Kosher
Tomatoes, in all existing canned and bottled formats (peeled/diced tomatoes, coarse pulp and fine and pureed pulp) are in great demand and sold on the international market. The tomatoes are packaged without additives and only with citric acid which favours their conservation, consequently they can be certified annually with a single visit from the Rabbi at the start of the production process. Tomatoes are certifiable Kosher Passover, but it is necessary that the Rabbinical supervision persists during the entire production cycle and also during labelling with the batch number printed on the box/bottle. If labelling is not done immediately, the Kosher Passover tomato must be separated from the rest of the production and the Rabbi must be called back when the product is labelled.
